What to remember from this document

01Why we are writing this

You run a brilliant, youth-led organisation that depends on one thing every cycle: getting the right students to discover AIESEC and apply, for Global Volunteer, Global Talent, Global Teacher, and Membership.

The marketing work to make that happen is real work. Keyword research, ad copy, creative design, budget setup, campaign QA. Today that work falls on a rotating Marketing function whose members are themselves students. Skill levels change every term. Budgets are tight. Campaign cycles repeat four times a year.

kAInet was built for exactly this shape of problem, a high volume of small, repeatable campaigns, run by people who should not have to become Google Ads experts to do their job well.

02What kAInet is, in one paragraph

kAInet is an AI co-pilot that drafts your Google Ads campaign (keywords, ad copy, creatives, budget split) and lands the draft inside your own Google Ads account for a human to review and approve before anything goes live. A campaign that used to take 2 to 3 days to set up is ready for review in roughly 12 minutes. Nothing is published without your team's approval.

The approval gate is a product feature, not a policy.
Every campaign waits for a human "yes" before it spends a rupee.

03How it maps to AIESEC's reality

Your realityWhat kAInet does about it
MCVPs and LCVPs rotate every 6 to 12 months. Google Ads knowledge resets each term.kAInet drafts the campaign for them. A new marketer ships a reviewable draft on day one, not day ninety.
Tight, non-profit budgets. Every rupee must convert.Drafts include keyword targeting and budget allocation tuned for the goal (applications, sign-ups, RSVPs), so spend is deliberate from the first click.
Four cycles a year, multiple programs, many entities. A lot of small, similar campaigns.kAInet is built for repeatable campaign factories. The same brief shape produces 100 campaigns as cleanly as it produces one.
Global brand voice must stay consistent across cities and countries.Brand guardrails are enforced in copy and creative generation. Tone, claims, and visual rules are encoded once and applied everywhere.
Senior members (LCPs, MCVPs) need to sign off before anything goes live. The approval gate is unskippable. Drafts sit in your Google Ads account; no draft becomes a live ad without an explicit human approval.
You are a non-profit. Agency retainers are off the table. One platform replaces the agency layer. Your members keep ownership; the AI does the heavy build.

04What you actually get

Campaign drafting

  • Keyword research, including competitor-gap discovery
  • Headlines and descriptions, on-brand and length-validated
  • Creative assets (visuals + copy) to AIESEC brand rules
  • Budget and bidding suggestions
  • One review screen. Approve, edit inline, or reject.

Built-in safety

  • Drafts live inside your Google Ads account
  • Mandatory human approval before publish
  • Full audit log of every draft, edit, and approval
  • Walk-away clause: every keyword and draft stays with you

Multi-entity ready

  • One workspace, many sub-accounts
  • Each city or MC sees only its own campaigns
  • Central brand rules, local execution
  • Designed for AIESEC India and International rollouts

05A typical AIESEC campaign on kAInet

  1. Brief. Your MCVP or LCVP MKT types a short brief: "oGV applications, Mumbai universities, ₹40,000 budget, summer cycle, 18 to 24 yrs, English and Hindi targeting."
  2. Draft (about 12 minutes). kAInet researches keywords, drafts headlines, generates creatives, lays out the campaign structure, and proposes a budget split.
  3. Review. The draft lands in your Google Ads account. Your senior member opens one screen, reads everything, edits anything, and clicks Approve.
  4. Launch. Campaign goes live in your own ad account. Performance flows back into your existing Google Ads reporting.

06Proof we can point to

~90% manual setup hours saved vs. Google Ads Editor
0 live launches without a human approval, by design
20.45% CTR on a sample 10-day Display run (~$0.22 CPC)

Built by Express Analytics, 20+ years of analytics work for global brands.

What we would like to offer AIESEC specifically

08The pilot, for AIESEC in Mumbai

kAInet is in active beta. The pilot is free because your weekly feedback is what shapes the platform. AIESEC's real-world use tells us where to invest next (smoother approvals, better creatives, faster drafts), and that input improves kAInet for every future user.

A free pilot, designed for AIESEC For AIESEC Mumbai
Duration
60 days
Free, no contract.
Cost
$0
No credit card.
Commitment
Weekly feedback
15-min check-ins that shape the platform.
  1. Week 1, kickoff. One 60-minute call to align on your current MKT operations, the programs in your next cycle, brand rules, and Google Ads account access.
  2. Every week, the feedback loop. Your MKT team uses kAInet to draft real campaigns. We meet for a short weekly check-in (15 minutes, call or written, whichever suits you) on what worked, what did not, and what should change. This is the heart of the partnership.
  3. End of pilot, the retro. A short review with your MKT leadership: hours saved, campaigns shipped, application and sign-up impact, and roadmap input. If it worked, we agree on a plan. If it did not, every draft and keyword stays in your Google Ads account and you walk away. No invoice, no fine print.
SupportRaise tickets directly inside the platform. Our development team responds with a fix, or a call, within a few business hours.

09Scaling beyond Mumbai

If Mumbai validates the value, the natural next steps are:

  1. AIESEC India national rollout. One Enterprise workspace, each LC as a sub-account. Mumbai's brand rules and best-draft templates become the starting point for every other LC.
  2. AIESEC International. Same model, scaled to the 100+ entities globally. Each entity keeps its autonomy; the brand layer stays consistent.

We are happy to discuss what a national or global contract would look like once Mumbai has hands-on experience.

10Why us

Express Analytics has spent 20+ years helping organisations turn data into decisions. kAInet is what happens when that experience meets agentic AI: a platform that does not replace your team. It makes a 4-person volunteer marketing team operate like a 12-person agency, without losing the human approval that keeps your brand and your money safe.

11Next steps

  1. A 30-minute call with AIESEC in Mumbai's MCVP and LCVP MKT (and anyone else you would like).
  2. We walk through a live campaign draft using your real brief (oGV, iGT, MR, your call).
  3. If it is a fit, we kick off the 60-day pilot the same week.
